The Guest

Wedding Details
- 01While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. The only children in attendance will be those participating in the wedding ceremony. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you.
- 02Our dress code is Semi-Formal and cocktail attire. We encourage our guests to dress elegantly and comfortably for an evening of celebration. We also encourage everyone to wear black, green, or gold. Please avoid wearing jeans, white, ivory, or any color that could be mistaken for the bride’s attire. *When in Doubt, Overdress 😅
- 03Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony so you have plenty of time to park, find your seat, and settle in before we say “I do.”
- 04To avoid interrupting the ceremony, guests who arrive after it has begun will be asked to wait until an appropriate break before being seated.
- 05Yes! Complimentary parking will be available at the venue. There will be staff directing traffic. Limited handicap parking will be available.
- 06Our ceremony will be held both, indoors and outdoors, with the reception immediately following. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes and clothing suitable for walking on grass.
- 07We kindly ask that our ceremony be “unplugged.” Please silence your phones and refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony so our professional photographer can capture these special moments. Once the ceremony concludes, we would love for you to take and share as many photos as you’d like!
- 08Absolutely! Dinner, desserts, and refreshments will be provided. There will be a vegetarian meal available for those who need it. “We’re trying to tickle your tummy not poke ya belly out”.
- 09Please RSVP by the date listed on your invitation. Final guest counts must be submitted to our vendors, so we may not be able to accommodate late responses.
- 10That is okay, we know things happen. Please inform us ASAP, so that we can update all of our vendors.
- 11Unfortunately, no. Due to venue capacity and our catering commitments, we can only accommodate guests who have RSVP’d by the deadline. We appreciate your understanding.
- 12To keep our celebration intimate and within our venue’s capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation and RSVP. If your invitation includes a guest, it will be reflected on your RSVP.
- 13Yes, Alcohol will be provided. There will also be non alcoholic drink options. Please drink responsibly.
- 14We have to be out of the venue by 10pm, but the celebration will continue at The Eave’s home in Ruston.
- 15Your love and support are the greatest gifts we could ask for! If you would like to celebrate with us through a gift, we’ve created a wedding registry and a honeymoon fund. For your convenience, a QR code to our registry and honeymoon fund will be available throughout the venue on our wedding day. Thank you for being part of this exciting new chapter in our lives!
